Elden Ring Carian Inverted Statue Use
Carian Inverted Statue can be used to unlock a hidden area in the Carian Study Hall. There's a desk by the entrance of the study hall that has a globe standing behind it. Interact with this desk to place the statue upon it, then a cutscene will play. This will turn the tower upside down, allowing you to go through the window that was above the lift taking you up. Taking the statue off of the pedestal will turn the tower the back the right way around.

I have yet to find a guide on what to do if you have done every thing and Rogier is dead and Renna won’t speak to me trying to get stays till flip tower

This statue is also at the Church of the Cuckoo. The hand gesture, while I don't know the specific name, is a nod to the gestures used by orators in Greeks and Roman contexts, and was later adopted into Christian imagery. Interesting though, the symbolism of this statue, the name of the location its found in, and the lack of any symbols of the Erdtree near by beg the question; what is the object of the worship here? Well, the notable presence of Cuckoos would suggest that the the bird is being worshipped here. However, there is no indications in any other item description or other source of lore, that the scholars at the school viewed the Cuckoo as something to be worshipped. More likely, it may have been worshipped by the Cuckoo Knights, who fight on behalf of the Raya Lucarian Academy. The Church of the Cuckoo may have been built by the Academy as a gesture of good will towards their protectors. I'm not sure, and I highly doubt we'll ever get an answer to such niche lore in any future DLC.

You will need to hand in the hidden treasure of Nokstella to Ranni before being able to pick up the miniture doll from Ainsel River main. I did Fias questline first and then went to Ainsel River via Deeproot, the doll did not appear in the coffin as per the video location once I made my way around.

Anyone else notice that there is a non-inverted version of this statue in the first room of the Academy? It's just sitting there on an altar in the center of the room. I don't see a way to interact with it and I suppose it's not super surprising, but still interesting.

It's funny that they call it "inverted" statue. It's just a normal statue, you're just holding it upside down.

Not sure how to get this now since I did something that prevent her from spawning in the tower, hope it appears somewhere else in the game.
