      You would think that this would be a key item in Diallos' questline when he specifically requests after finding his slain maiden who had done this. Missed opportunity tbh.

        After youve recieved the invitation from her, i suggest you have to activate the dectus lift with the 2 parts of the medallion and then she will appear at the top of dectus lift. Talk to her and youre being teleported to Volcano Manor right infront of Lady Tanith.
        If youre reaching the Altus Plateu without the lift being active she wont appear there. Thats happend to me this playthrough.

          does this actually do anything? when i reached volcano manor lady tanith was suprised to see me and behaved as if i never got an invitation, no option to give it to her or mention it either.
