When I gave this book to Corhyn, he said that this book was a work of heresey with no lineage to the Erdtree. I still haven't completed the game, so maybe this is said in other spots, but this suggests that the Two Fingers are not associated with the Erdtree, even though they are still in contact with the Greater Will (shown when they try to commune with it). My understanding before this was that the Greater Will and the Erdtree were on the same side, but this makes me seriously question it. Any thoughts?
I can't seem to find the place this is in for Capital of Ash. I think you're locked out of it once you get to that point, unfortunately. Missed out on Lord's Heal I guess :/

I have been able to give the turtle (Church of Vows) more then one prayer book. I had given him the assassin one a while ago and just gave him the two finger book now.

Can you get this book as soon as you've gone up the grand lift of dectus? Or do you have to kill any bosses in AltusPlateau/RoyalCapital first?

I made a huge mistake for my build.
I found Corhyn suddenly out in the world for some reason next to a group of walking enemies.
I attacked Corhyn by mistake, but i did get his bell or whatever to buy his stuff at the roundtable vendor.
But i didn't turn in the book before i attacked him, so i cant learn the abilities from this book.
As for the turtle, he can only receive one book and i had already given him a different one. So he can no longer receive any more books.
To bad my paladin build REALLY needed to learn the healing ability from this book.

It is found in the Fortified Manor, First Floor. Which is located in the southwest part of the Royal Capital of Leyndell.
Corhyn's considering this to be heresy is just a bug. He literally says "I teach incantations, the strength granted us by the Two Fingers...Care to learn an incantation of the Two Fingers?" in his initial dialogues.
