A pale-blue necklace made from a thin, elongated stone hollowed out from the inside. Use at a hallowed ruin to sound a hanging bell. It was a teaching of Count Ymir. The fate of the one who sounds the hanging bell will be guided by the stars.

can someone tell us what happens if you use this at the rhia ruins and what happens if you use at the dheo ruins? is it consumable or can it be used at both locations?

this item can be used at both ruins in the same run, using at dheo finger ruins yields cerulian seed talisman +1 and using it at rhia finger ruins yields crimson seed talisman +1
