Doesn't gets buffed by the Perfume Talisman, but since it's pure damage you can pump those numbers with the Fire Scorpion Charm, Flame Grant Me Strength and the Fire Crystal Tear.
Tried it out on the underground Omens, doing around 671 w/o buffs @ 80 DEX and ~1000 with the ones mentioned previously.

Awful range/area of effect
It needs a buff to be useful in either pvp or pve. As it stands right now it's a source of point blank damage
Pretty good damage with high dex just hope they tweak the hitbox

Contrary to what the anon below said, what's in-game says that this has A-scaling in Dex. Also this costs 13 FP per cast. Also the cast time is fairly quick? It seems potentially like something any Dex build will be happy to have. No promises though (I haven't tested its actual damage value, I don't have a Dex DLC character ready.)

For those interested in matching spell effects on their builds, the fire produced by this item is the same red-orange color that the Fire Monk incantations use.

like scouring black flame but less range and flames don't fly up as much

doesnt seem to scale with perfumers, but it does damage twice if you are close enough to the target, about 1k with 46 dex

does the perfumer talisman affect it? since it's technically a perfume?

I miss the flame fan pyromancy. That was awesome.
