From the Bellum Church SoG in N Liurnia, turn right and head out the S entrance. Shortly down the path, next to the rock formation there is a foot soldier sitting under the yellow leaved tree. A few steps further down the path and on the other side is another foot soldier. Confirmed drop, 324 discovery
closest thing in game to an Ushanka hat. I like to pair it with furs or other warm looking armor for that Siberian winter vibe.
