I farmed this from the Prayer Room site of grace. Took about 20 attempts with the Silver Scarab equipped.

Just came here to see if this was a separate drop from the rest of the armor pieces- no? Then explain to me why I have 5 of the chest plates, 7 gauntlets, 7 leggings and absolutely no helmet.

I only just realized that the entire Cleanrot set isn't simply looted from a corpse as some armor sets are. I've had the full set for the majority of my first playthrough. I'm not quite sure how I got so lucky to have one of each piece simply from my brief early exploration of Caelid.

It also has a very low chance of dropping from the Cleanrot Knights in the Shaded Castle. (dropped after killing 60+ times, in that time i got the armor 3 times, the pants 3 times and the gloves twice)

altering this helmet while wearing it crashes my game and if i take off the helmet, alter it then put it on my game also crashes
