Fleeting Microcosm is a Sorcery in Elden Ring. It is a brand-new Sorcery in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Fleeting Microcosm spell is a finger sorcery of Count Ymir, that creates the image of a microcosm at the feet of the target.
A finger sorcery of Count Ymir, High Priest. One of the secret hallowed rites. Conjures an image of a microcosm at a foe's feet that pulses with a single wave before disappearing in a burst. Charging enhances potency. The broken and discarded are fully willing to cling to fleeting simulacra, earning them some modicum of sympathy.

Uncharged version can hit locked targets behind fences, but the charged version will spawn the ball right on the fence.

Apparently most of the new sorceries are bugged and don't get additional damage while charged from godfrey's icon. Great.

I think it's not too great against agressive, fast moving enemies with smaller hit boxes. Against anything else, though, it's very strong and chunks what it hits.

Use this to deal with spamming mob above your head, hope it won't get nerfed

Is there a way to get it if you didn't check for new spells after ringing the second bell? T_T

Okay this might be the strongest spell in the dlc.
I just cast golem spirit ash, and jammed this spell at 60 casting speed.
And I was hitting like 10k dmg per stamina bar.
I feel bad bad cheering midra manse that hard but we are dmg testing here.

Very good stagger and knock-back effect even on an uncharged one, great at dealing with groups or just knock-down elites, the range of it is also quite impressive consider you can just spawn it in the mid of the enemy group, from quite a distance away. Easily the most usable new spells.

Pretty good spell. Pulses twice, nice damage, decent range where the ball spawns, really good against groups. Plus it looks really good.

Wow, that item description deals e m o t i o n a l d a m a g e
It seems different elevation levels can ruin the placement of the explosion. I noticed this in the fog rift catacombs when targeting enemies that are on the overlooking floor in those double storied, L shape rooms. The spell seems to go as far as it can on the ground until it can't reach the enemy.
