St. Trina's Blossom is a Helm in Elden Ring. It is a brand-new Helm in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. St. Trina's Blossom is not part of a set, and can be obtained once players complete Thiollier and St. Trina questline. St. Trina's Blossom protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders, but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
St. Trina's life withered and fell, as fleeting as the seasons. At her last, she left a single water lily. Slightly boosts max FP. Despite the velvety-purple hue, the flower is in no way poisonous—it merely blooms in quietude.

When I first picked got this I kinda imagined it would make your entire head a purple flower

I have no idea why but when I picked it up I immediately assumed it was going to be much bigger and obscured your eyes and covered the top of your head, after equipping it I realized that a small flower in your hair would make far more sense but it still ever so slightly disappointed me. No hisami cosplay build for meeee

You don't even have to talk to St Trina to get the flower. I missed St. Trina completely in my playthrough, but still got the flower.

Not gonna lie, I’m a huge fan of fromsoftware love all there games, but I’m really disappointed in everything st Trina, where’s some armor that buffs eternal sleep, like where’s the good items, weapons it’s all useless why even put it in the game if I can’t actually use it or put anything in eternal sleep, before killing the boss, or dying. Just saying, like why isn’t it worth it.

gotta beat the final boss before the flower helm is obtainable, do the quest before you light the shadow tree if you want the tailsman

Just a heads up: you don't need to do Thiollier's quest for this, just talking to St Trina until her dialogue is exhausted. I found St Trina SUPER late, like as I was at the door to the final boss, so Thiollier was already gone. Having just now beat the final boss a minute ago, it was still sitting in front of her.

Ah I need this for my dryad build, perfection. I didn't want to rely on the windmill village headband.

This does not boost fp by 6%. At 35 mind or 200 fp, equipping this armor will give you 211 fp which means it's closer to 5.5%
