Azur's Glintstone Crown is a Helm in Elden Ring. Azur's Glintstone Crown is part of the Azur's Glintstone Armor Set. Azur's Glintstone Crown protects the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Crown of Azur, primeval current sorcerer, set with a prominent blue-green glintstone.
This crown replaced Azur's brain and skull altogether, and now, removed from his body, it is all but dead. What power remains within raises the potency of Azur's primeval current sorceries at the cost of additional FP consumption.

Why is nobody concerned that this is literally Azur's brain you're wearing

This hat increases the speed at which some spells are charged, but not the castspeed.

It would be nice if this and lusats only increased the cost of sorceries that were benefited by it

If you summon someone for boss fight and they wear this, you know what they are gonna do.

I turned myself into a glintstone, Tarnished! I'm glintstone Azur!

Shard Spiral's damage is also increased guys (just tested it). It appears that it only increases those Glintstone sorceries that have direct or indirect connection with Azur (ie Karolos Conspectus was Azur's apprentice). . .The same must apply for Lusat's who had Olivinus Conspectus as student-apprentice.

I think the notes and tips are wrong. I'm in-game right now and I don't see any additional FP cost for any spell, including the primeval spells. I do see about 10% more damage for primeval spells (more like 9.8% than 10%) at 80 int testing with/without the helm.

My testing showed no cost increase with incantations, if you like the fashion of it.

this only boosts damage of primeval current sorceries BUT increases ALL spells cost, I just tried it with Magma shot and Comet Azur...
Just use rogier's hat, it gives a bigger buff to the same spells without the extra FP cost

Literally just some dude's head that we ripped off of his shoulders for fashion.

You have to side with Sellia and kill Jennen to get the Azur Set

The Azur's glintstone crown affects all the sorceries with the name "COMET". So it affects "Glintstone Cometshard", "Comet", and last but not least "Azur's Comet".

I did 10 tests on a dragon with the crown on and 10 without. The damage was the same, I think the states benefit is not working properly

This seems to boost the FP cost of all spells but not the damage

Has anyone tested if spells other than Comet Azur benefit from the damage boost?
