Using soap after every enemy encounter when wearing this armour set is so damn satisfying even if it makes me look slightly ridiculous to the host or other phantoms. Never thought I'd be roleplaying a rich dandy knight.

Took me an embarassingly long amount of time to realize that most of the Carian Knights referenced in this description were actually Trolls. Perhaps that's also why they were so strong despire "numbering fewer than twenty" (Carian Knight's Sword). The Carian Knight Troll in the Cuckoo's Evergaol is even called "Bols, Carian Knight;" not "Bols, Enchanted Troll Knight;" and wears the same helmet as human Carian Knights like Moongrum.

Wish it had at least 40 poise like the knight set. Then you could equip the Bull Goat’s Talisman and have just enough poise to tank at least a few enemy npc attacks. Not even mage knights can have poise apparently.

Got this early and I think this is the best middle weight armor in the game! The others, even latter in the game, are or heavier or with less is stats. This is proportionally the best, and protects well both physical and other types of damage. I think I’m gonna finish the game with it. But if anyone knows another, feel free to reply to this comment.

Think this would work for Artorias Cosplay build? Throw in Black hood for face, banished knights greatsword with Lions Claw, and Royal Greatsword and you have a lot of his moveset

This is, as people have said, some fine looking armour. There are only a few things that bother me:
1) If you don't remove the cape (and make the stats worse in the process) the cape and elbow guards clip through each other in a way that's really hard to ignore form behind the character, which is how you spend 99% of the game
2) The colour on the blue cloth is *just* different enough from the Navy Hood to make it really noticeable they don't match
3) Statistically, it's the Knight Set, but with mostly worse defenses (except slightly better holy/magic absorb) and worse poise for the same weight.

This is easier to get from the Schoolhouse Classroom Grace, if you've already passed through the area once. From the grace room, walk back out, and just ride the waterwheel down, then up to the mid-tier platform to get to the gate leading back out to the graveyard. You want to drop down on the shelf to the left of this gate, when facing it. Fewer dogs and zombies in the way.

Funnily enough, every piece of the Carian Knight armor weighs exactly the same as the Knight Set you can buy from the Husk Maidens, even the chest piece if you alter it to remove the cape. I've personally been running the Knight Set with the Carian Knight chest piece, and it looks surprisingly coherent.
