The Perfumer Set can be farmed from the Perfumer enemies found throughout Leyndell, Royal Capitial.
It can also be dropped by the 2 Perfumers located in Perfumer's Ruins [Map Link]

Nox monk hood looks good with the set, almost identical except for the flowy cloth.

I farmed this set in Leyndell for my most recent character. Ended up with a dozen of the sarongs. My girlfriend kept joking that I was beating up doctors and stealing their underwear.

The hood is just an amazing piece, you can kinda see your character's face, you can slap it on pretty much any light to heavy armor set and it will still look good

Idk if anyone has taken notice but the chest piece has a hood which is visible when wore with the head pieces that shares the same list as the black knife set

Better farming location is in Perfumer's Grotto (Different place from Perfumer's Ruins, at a site of grace just outside the gates to Lyndell. Closest site of grace is the Outer Wall Phantom Tree), there's 5 total in a fairly small area. Fast to clear them, but be careful since they can do a ton of damage. Got the whole set in about 5 minutes with my arcane build and item discovery boosting gear.

This armor can be looted from a corpse in Swamp of Aeonia, just after the sage ruins and across from where the Meteorite Staff is located.
