Located in Seethewater Cave, in the ravine to the northwest of Wyndham Catacombs, quite a bit east from Seethewater Terminus. It's behind a white fog wall requiring 2 Stonesword Keys. Also should point out that the set does NOT include the Mushroom Crown.
