White Reed Set is an Armor Set in Elden Ring. White Reed Set is also known as the Armor of the White Reeds, fashioned from banded iron plates. Worn by the Inaba, head disciples of the great swordsman Okina. The Inaba traveled in pursuit of not only the master who abandoned them, but also proper deaths, won honorably through hard-fought combat. To be a White Reed is to seek death; fitting for the Inaba, who desired nothing more than to die by the sword. Sets of Armor in Elden Ring are composed of four armor pieces which are Helms, Chest Armor, Gauntlets, and Leg Armor.
Where to find White Reed Set in Elden Ring
- The White Reed Armor, White Reed Gauntlets and White Reed Greaves can be found in the Spiritcaller's Cave in the Mountaintops of the Giants. They are found on a corpse in a long cavern filled with spirit wolves. This cave requires 2 Stonesword Keys to enter. [Elden Ring Map here]

While Land of Reed Helm is not part of this set, I feel like it was a serious missed oppertunity to not be allowed to change the colour of that specific helmet to fit the colour scheme of this armor set.
I hope we're allowed to change armor set colour eventually in the future. This would be my top priority for that on my list.

I wish the land of reeds was Ashina, cause Ashina stands for reed in Japanese and their is a ton of weirdness going on in Ashina.

Anyone know of alternate helmets/Headwear? I’ve been doing an actual samurai build with Elenora’s Poleblade and Bow, but haven’t found any good Helms besides Bandit Mask to match the rest of the set.

kinda disappointed this has less of an armored look than default samurai set, ended up just mixing the greaves and leggings with the regular land of reeds armor

I'm guessing that the Okina mask is the "helm" for this set, correct? It seems unlikely there is a helm otherwise?

The White Reed mask is looted after killing dark spirit Okino at the church of repose in the Giant's Land

Listen carefully to what I have to say - Obtaining this set may or may not cost you everything so these next words are important. This set is late game, very, very late game and requires you to beat many MANY tough enemies that are not easily cheesed, it is a perilous, horrifying journey and if you speedrun to it desperately like I did you may or may not miss out one NPC quests as this set is deep into hell itself aka Giant top mountain, which requires you to defeat more than a few bosses - Only attempt gaining this set of you truly have the stones for it or you will be murdered - again and again, just progress through the game normally and take your time, as cool as the set is.
Second, Rivers of Blood - because I know you were looking at it - This is more of the same, and just like the White Reed set which rests in Spiritcaller cave, getting it and this set are extremely dangerous affairs. For those boorish enough to undertake this and not heed my warnings, do not try the spiritcaller end bosses unless you are sufficiently prepared or you will die horribly and lose whatever runes you gained to get to that point.
I cannot emphasis enough - Getting this set requires going through MUCH of the game and you are better off exploring and doing NPC questlines and potentially endings before acquiring this or the blade item(s). You have been warned, and patience is a lifesaver

After hours of searching around both in game and online
I can 100% confirm this set is located in the spiritcaller's cave in the mountaintop of the giants area
If you essentially follow the road for a while upon entering this area, cross the stone bridge and continue onward until you find the Freezing Lake grace, head into the freezing lake, and keep to your right a bit, you should spot a cave that requires two stonekeys to enter, once in, the set is on a dead body somewhat deep in the cave
