Drake Knight Set is an Armor Set in Elden Ring. Drake Knight Set is a black iron set worn by the unmet drake knights. Sets of Armor in Elden Ring are composed of four armor pieces which are Helms, Chest Armor, Gauntlets, and Leg Armor.
Where to find Drake Knight Set in Elden Ring
- You can find the Drake Knight Set in Crumbling Farum Azula. [Map Link]
- Go to the Dragon Temple Rooftop Site of Grace. From there, drop down to where the elevator shaft containing a waiting Warhawk is located (there is another Warhawk nearby, feasting on a corpse). After climbing down the nearby ladder, turn left and then face north. From here, drop onto a floating rock, and then again down to a platform on which you find the same elevator shaft from above. Before taking the elevator platform up (it will take you all the way to the top, above the level with the Warhawks; you will find a Beastman there), keep going to the end of the circular path outside the elevator and you'll find the chest containing the set.

Banished Knight Helm (unaltered) + Drake Knight chest piece + Drake Night Gauntlets + Briar Greaves (or Veterans's, depending on whether or not you can tolerate the duck feet) = Absolute drip. Keep the dragon cape unless you're maidenless

Absolute drip. The scales and wings on the chestpiece are awesome. Color of the metal is also nice. Pity the helmet shows your face, I don't really like those, but there are a lot others that go well with it.

Their descriptions reminds of DS3's Drakeblood armor set:
"Armor of the Drakeblood Knights, worshippers of the blood of dragons. The red cloth is said to symbolize their yearning for blood.
Dragon worship has captured the hearts and minds of warriors across the lands for many ages. Perhaps such warriors are attracted to doctrines of few words."

I hope in dlc we get a Variation made without the leather thing and only with black iron.

should have had the highest lightning resist in the game, what a shame

Banished Knght Helm + Alterred Drake Armor + Drake Knight Gauntlets + Banished Knght Greaves fits perfectly well together... and reaches 51 Poise total as a cherry on the cake.
As long as you can afford the additionnal weights of Banished Knight's pieces of armor, they both are a full stat upgrades compared to their Drake Knight's counterparts.

You either love the Dragon Wing adornment on the chest piece, or you hate it. I hate it. Pls remove next patch from software.

The armor is the only good looking piece i been wanting with the depraved perfumer robe

Wish this set gave a bonus to dragon communion spells, but that would probably be overkill.

Set looks fire, just take the helmet off and replace it with a headband.

Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out where this is just to find a video on YouTube that explained it correctly this just made no sense

The helmet and pants look goofy but god DAMN if the the chest armor doesn't look hard as f*ck, altered or not
- Anonymous
Initally thought it looked like crap, but the altered helm and armour looks a lot better imo. I love the combination of leather and steel-armor.
- Anonymous
If ever there was an armor set that could do with a more fleshed-out armor altering mechanic, it would be this one.

I really like Malenia's helm with this set.
Her hair works with the feathers, and there is actually a bit of gold embroidery around the neck of the chest piece (if you look closely in-game), and I think it really works.
I don't mind the unicorn horn sticking out of the drake Knight helmet so much as I mind the effing metal mullet in the back of it. Kind of gross.

Fashion souls advice: Aristocrat headband is a way better alternative than the garbage helm. Goes great with my Aegon I Targaryen rp build.

Hideous garbage. At least Omen have a reason for their horns, here I see no reason for that stupid horn on the sallet.

Attack bonus, defense bonus against dragons maybe ? WHY do we have 60+ armor pieces, with absolutely NO differences except... weight. Yep, with few exceptions "Resist frostbite", "Move silently" OK. ER DEV should really play some other games. They would discover plenty of nice sets with, actually, advantages AND disavantages, bonus AND malus - and then you have to make a "choice". Armor sets designed for appearance only : LMAO.

Love it, super edgy
But it's an injustice the wings don't spread when I jump
- Anonymous
WTF were they thinking putting that horn on the top of the helmet? This is a great looking set ruined by that goofy a** decision.

She say, "Do you love me?" I tell her, "Only partly
I only love my bed and my momma, I'm sorry"

This set looks amazing. Remove the helmet. For a totally different vibe alter the chest piece. Unfortunately the poise is meh.
- Anonymous
Looks better on female characters and if you remove the coif from the helmet with armor alteration. Also, the chainmal underneath the dragon wings is beautifully designed. I think this is a flashy armor set that won't appeal to everyone, but I personally like it for my character.

When you lool past her all red invader spirit filter it turns out Eleanora wears this set
- Anonymous
Veteran's Greaves almost look like they were made for this set, not only does the chainmail/leather straps on them flow seamlessly from the chestpiece (especially the altered version), they also share the same asymmetric style with the left side being more armored
- Anonymous
I find for a more mage-y character Alberich's hat fits pretty well.

Idk where all this talk about the Drakeblood Knight Set is coming from. I looked it up and it literally looks like another variation of the typical John Darksoul armor. But I guess I should've expected that from people who played Dark Souls 2 and 3.

Why does the first part of this page say "worn by the unmet drake knights" instead of "worn by Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger"?

I loathe to give away fashion souls secrets, but if you’re not a fan of the helmet, using the aristocrat headband instead will make you appear as a dragon hunting nobleman / scion. The red gems and gold ornamentation match the color scheme of the armor and gloves of the original set. I would pair it with giving your character Ganon-like orange hair to match the feathers on the chest as well.

Leyndell Soldier Greaves are almost an exact color match if you're looking for alternate leggings, and the Crimson Hood is a good replacement for the helm

This set is so awesome in a way that just isn't Dark Souls. Like, all the knight armour and such from Dark Souls/derivative from Dark Souls is cool and all (Elite Knight set from DS and the new Knight Set), but I love how the new 'feel' for the game as almost Celtic/Norse inspired has given us armour like this.

Anyone got a suggestion for a weapon that goes well with this set? The only ones I could find were Eleonora’s Poleblade and Rivers of Blood, but the first one just makes me an Eleonora cosplay and I’m not using Rivers of Blood

the dragon parts of this set dont match any dragon seen in the game. awful looking armor, just jarring

Real dope set but i use blaidd's furry mask instead of the helm because of that stupid horn.

If you don't like the helmet and, like me, appreciate the multiple knight helmets, I think both the Redmane Knight's helmet and the Gelmir Knight's helmet are great picks for replacement helmets. Of course, if you don't have my particular taste, I know there's a hundred other people with suggestions that may just be suited to you. All things considered though the normal helmet looks fine to me, it's silly but I like the little horn on the head.

increase physical dmg negation to 32~ (weight to 30), make horn on helmet considerably smaller, add increase damage to dragon incantations as passive per set piece.

I really like everything in this set except the helm, but, it's just plain bad armor. Considering you can't get this until the very late game, it's worthless as soon as you get it. I don't see the reason for making it so weak. It's not like there's any legit way of getting it in the early game. Oh well, I'll just wear the chest piece with my other, much better armor.

Foul tarnished, with thine spirit-halloween looking ass armor

the stats on this suck compared to other equivalent armor sets

Fromsoftware CONSISENTLY puts the gauntlet on the off hand and the glove on the main hand when they do asymmetrical handgear designs. I know its nitpicky but wouldn't you want the hands thats probably the one holding your weapon to have more protection than the one that is more likely to be holding a shield.

Elden Ring has by far the highest amount of atrocious and ugly armor sets. Fashion souls is very hard with this one.

I never liked the "random curly horn" design aspect(ringed knights armor comes to mind), but this one is pretty slick. I usually rock this set with the sages hood.
- Anonymous
found a pretty cool combo with this armor: Iron Kasa (Yura's helm), drake knight chest piece + gauntlets, and rotten duelist greaves. Makes you look like a mystical dragon samurai or some ****. For bonus points, give your character a pony tail, white hair looks nice with it

- Anonymous
If you removed all the red crap sticking out of it, it'd look pretty good. I like the sallet.
- Anonymous
Not many things blend with the land of reeds armor but I think the gauntlets and greaves from this set look alright with it if you want to vary your samurai look a little.
A set I want to like, but can't. It's asymmetrical design irks me like no other. Both arms should have the same pauldron and gauntlet as the left arm, and it should have a breastplate and backplate that matches the design of the other pieces.

My favorite looking set, maybe in any Fromsoft game. I even like the helmet. Wish the poise was better so that it was viable in PvP.

Souls? Rings? Magic? Cmon, bro... what are you talking about. Now, grab your longsword, eat your meal, and let's hunt some Rathalos. The squad is waiting!
The Altered Chest Piece goes extremely well with the Hoslow Leggings. Also, as a note, if you wear the modified chest piece and one of the noble hoods, it gets rid of the spiked shoulder pad to avoid clipping, which actually makes it look even better in my opinion.

Replace the goofy looking helmet with the exile hood and you're gucci.

is it me or does the torso look ugly, even uglier without the rubber-looking cape

Hey guys, didn’t mean to stumble into y’all’s comments section. Looking for a Rathalos, did it fly by here?

Dragon Knight Armor altered with malenias grieves, type B body, you’re welcome.
Fun fact: if you call your character "Drake Knight ***" with the stars being a three-letter name (character limit), "Knight" becomes "Duelist" to counter the potential slur. The censorship in From's games is really stupid, but I guess there are worst things to be called and now people see my name as being longer than is technically possible, so that's kinda neat.
The Helmet is a bit goofy with the horn but I like it. Though I like having some of my characters face visible. So Red Hood and Exile's armor headpiece I find work with this well
Drake armor + Queen's cresent crown + Fire prelate gaunlets + Crucible leggings
Peak fashion for female character!
and you have 52 poise and +3 INT for a bonus point
