There are 3 knights at the top of the stairs/ramp leading to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree grace site. You can farm them after Ash City transition post game. Can farm full armor set, sword, shield, great bow, and great arrows.

The best fashion souls for a STR/FTH build. Helmet can be removed or changed. Personally, I used this set along the jar helmet and finished the game with it, I'm really happy that cutscenes in these games show your character with the armor you put on them

The one with the bow next to the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace is definitely faster than the one at the Artist's Shack. Can confirm that it drops the Greatbow, Greatsword, Great Arrows, and the armor set. Does not seem to drop the shield. But since it starts out sitting and wielding a bow instead of the shield, you can take it down with fewer hits (takes me 4 R1's with an AR 579 weapon vs 5 R1's on the Artist Shack knight). If you can kill it fast enough you can also ignore the two foot soldiers that aggro by the stairs, or just one-shot them on the way up.

Just farmed this set from the Artist Shack site of grace in Liurnia of the Lakes. At 110 item discovery it took 96 kills to get the full set. In the process I got:

9 Knight's Greatswords
3 Golden Great shields
2 Leyndell Knight Helms
2 Leyndell Knight Armors
5 Leyndell Knight Gauntlets
1 Leyndell Knight Greaves

I also had 1 instance of him spawning with golden eyes, resulting in a net of 59,920 runes from farming him

go to perfumers grotto run out towards the big stairs and run to the right, theres 3 you can kill, 2 with bows.

I think they patched the Knight in Lurnia, just got the Book on first kill, but he didn't drop anything the next 15 kills even with the silver drop chance consumable

You can farm set in Lurnia,near artist shack.Also,knight drops book of dragon incantations.Just use silver bird leg,kill him,gi back to grace(don't teleport).

With 110 drop find i killed him 10 times and got Shield and greaves. Its tedious but hey we know how FromSoft operates. I'm planning on getting the full set.

I bullied this guy with my Colossal Sword on horseback. Got all the drops in an hour.

8 hrs later and I can't get the last piece I need. I have a warehouse full of his other stuff, but not the gauntlets...

It doesn't help that 8/10 times he drops NOTHING.

Took around 50 kills to get the full set. Along the way, something like five swords dropped and three helms. Best farm spot is the lone one near the artists shack in Liurnia. Just mount up, run down, ambush, nuke, repeat. Each kill takes like 30 seconds round trip.

I got the entire set in 4 silver pickled foot tries. Go to the outer wall phantom tree grace (or wait until you find it). Then you can run back along the giant staircase, and sneak up on the group of three and dispatch them on horseback. I use the zweihander and it takes two power attacks each. You can ride back to the grace and kill six of them before the silver foot runs out

Drop rate abysmal as always.
Killed the same knight 10 times with arcane 13 and silver foul foot and got nothing, ridiculous.
