Where to find Royal Remains Set in Elden Ring
Royal Remains Set can be found at Roundtable Hold outside of Gideon Ofnir's room after defeating the invasion by Ensha of the Royal Remains.

Royal Remains Set Elden Ring Notes and Tips
- Slowly replenishes HP when HP is reduced. Which is 2 HP per second (per piece, for a total of 8) while under 18% HP.
- The passive of this armour ensures the player will not die to the DoT effects of the Poison status effect or Fire's Deadly Sin incantation (if cast by the wearer). As such, it can be decent in PvE for the purpose of exploring poisonous dungeons like the Seethewater Cave or Abandoned Cave.
- It has good protection and poise for an early- to mid-game armor set that is quite easy to get without farming, but is later overtaken by other sets such as the Scaled Set, Raging Wolf Set or Blaidd's Set.
- Poise updated to patch 1.07. See Patch Notes for details.

absolutely incredible in low level pvp... until you fight someones level 500 bubba and get oneshot

pairs nicely with the other edgy sets like alberich's and the nightrider set

Why don't they simply make the regen like 0.50 per piece, that increases as you lose % life

Memories broken, the truth goes unspoken,
I've even forgotten my name!

would be a cool bonus of this armor to have super high robustness, or provide bonus robustness at low hp. the low hp shenanigans are kinda moot by the existence of huge percentage chunk damage
- Anonymous
I think this would look amazing with a long, tattered cape like Radahn's.
From could just make Ensha wear the altered version and let the player reattach the cape via altering.

Definitely not useless, ate 3 GUGS pokes under 20% and lived using this, endure, and black flames protection. It is situational though, won't save you from a bolt of Granddaddysaxaphone at 40 percent health.

The one character I have, who is not yet in NG, with whom I wanted to create a build with this set, is missing all of the pieces except the helm. I feel pretty certain I did not sell them as I hoard everything unique out of habit. I can't be sure when I lost them or how since he's pretty late game now.
Has anyone else experienced this, or did I just lose/sell them absent-mindedly and can't remember doing it?

Ahh yes the duelists clutch armor. Just add the branchswords and the twinbird kite shield.

This is for true edge lords. Blue/red feather branch sword, 60 vigor. Then you choose whether to go dex/fth for eclipse shotel or dex/int for necromancer stuff. The armor stops regen at 18% so you don’t leave your 20% power zone.

Not gonna lie, it seems quite useless. Like, 8 HP/s is not bad, but it only works if you are below 18% of your max hp, meaning unless you have an utterly ungodly amount of health, the regen might not even buy you a single extra hit.
- Anonymous
Regen bonus is nice for builds that use the Kindred of Rot's Exultation and/or the Fire's Deadly Sin incant. It's a shame it only procs on low health, RIP Elden Ring Deadpool build.

The helm goes very well with aristocrat, upper-class robe or any other clothing with a noble look to it. Gives a macabre air to it i think, like in old paintings depicting death's inevitability.

This will have to do for my Berserk Skull Knight cosplay, any tips for the sword?

Am I the only one who thinks this would look great with a longer cape?

Im confused so was Ensha actually a skeleton or was he just wearing the skull of the soulless king who is also named Ensha? The item description makes it sound like Ensha was a skeleton person.
- Anonymous
They should just make it passively regen HP without any special condition. The current one is practically useless.

All of you think think this is edgy. This is the bone zone costume

blessing of the erdtree(12 hp), this entire set(8 hp),blessed dew talisman(2 hp),icon shield(3 hp) nets you 25 hp a sec. dont forget the old lords talisman for extra time with blessing of the erdtree

blue and red feathered branchsword talismans activate at 20% and this armor's healing activates and heals to 18%. they were made for each other

pair with the blue feathered branchsword talisman to never need to drink a health flask again

if you think this set is beautiful Google: Dark Souls 2 Dark Set, and see how it looked way cooler back then, and now it looks like vomit

Armor is bugged as of new patch 1.06 no longer granting regen
- Anonymous
It sounds like it wouldn't been an amazing armor set if the regen weren't completely useless during combat situations. It only regens below 18% of max HP, and doesn't do anything more - making it worthless for almost every situation.
- Anonymous
Health regen only works if your HP is less than 18%, which is fitting because only people under 18 would want to wear it anyway.

"It is said that the bones belong to an ancient lord - the soulless king. The Lord of the lost and desperate, who was known as Edge Lord Ensha.".
I think we can all agree that this particular note is 100% factually accurate.

Great, so it appears you cant get this if you progress too far without teleporting back to the roundtable. Anther piece of content youre locked out of if you dont move through the campaign in a very specific way that you are given zero guidance for.
- Anonymous
okay looking, but absolutely abysmal stats. completely outclassed by the knight armor from the twin maidens at roundtable in every single way except status resist
- Anonymous
did you realize i'ts prevent death from statuses? At least it work against madness leaving you at low health insted of dead. Don't know if it's working only for full set or work with 1 or 2 pieces too.

Hence the confusion: You’ll get it only if you attack a pot in Albinauric (sealand) and talk to the person in it. That’s the trigger.
I see an awful lot of inexperienced players wear this. I guess it's because they think it has an actually good Regen effect and haven't yet learned of the holy ways of fashion souls.

The 18% really needs a buff, that's one hit territory. Maybe 30% would be better.

It's the Darkwraith set but super aged looking, Elden Ring is Dark Souls confirmed!!11!11!

Wearing this set while wielding the Sword of Night and Flame as well as the Prince of Death's Staff is amazing visually.
My favourite armour, æsthetically. Does anyone know if wearing parts of the armour (not the full set) gives any bonus?

He never invaded me does anybody know if there's another way to get his set?

Is there another reason why this set boost attack power? I have the 4 piece on and if I remove 1 piece it drops my attack power from 861 to 782
- Anonymous
Part of the point of this set is to allow you to maintain health while using talismans that boost attack or defense at low health. Best used with high vigor and a good shield. Also staves off weak poisons.

why this shtt so ugly
I think the best edgys skeletons sets was from Dark souls 1 and Dark souls 2
din't play bloodborne to know if it has one but geez
just give me a nice skeleton set so i can be edgy and pretty
When I was a young tarnished my father took me into the city to see a marching band
This set + Sword of Milos with Frenzy spells like the eye lazer looks pretty damn good.
Ancient Bone Lord.

This synergizes really well with the Red/Blue-Feathered Branchsword talismans.

The regen on this set is only really useful for countering poison when you don't have any flasks left, but for the weight it offers pretty good damage reduction. Also, it looks good (besides the helmet).

Regen can be pretty useful in some situations, like saving you from dying to poison. Did not realize it saved my ass in the valiant gargoyles fight

It's possible to use this, the hp regen ring, the hp regen shield for 12 hp regen evry second below 18% hp.
With enought Faith it's possible to push said regen by 12 additional hp/s.
Going around with this and TWO shields Is funny, Remember Me Door shields folrom DS3.
- Anonymous
Regen only kicks in below 18% HP, it might as well not exist. 18% is most likely a one shot from any boss where that would be useful.
- Anonymous
As i've tested, it procs when you're below 18% of your max HP, and stops until you reach 18% again, works with 1 armor set part, but the more set parts you have, the faster it regens. It's a pretty slow regeneration, but it helps you not to die to poison or rot when you ran out of flasks.
- Anonymous
Not gonna lie, the passive seems pretty useless. I mean, unless you have a lategame character and you go back to a super early area, being healed to 18% of your maximum health just doesn't matter because you still get one-shot.
Like, the only use I can imagine for this passive is if you are somehow trying to make a double Branchsword Talisman build and don't want to ever go above 20% of your max health.
- Anonymous
Armor passive sucks only heals you to 18% of max helth might as well do noth

So many shout out to DS in this one edge lord from name to armor description to being a casual that invades you . Love him

Playing on disk offline, so i domt have any updates. The set didnt appear for me after beating the guy. Can anyone help?
- Anonymous
I assume I never got invaded because I progressed to right before the final battle when I gained access to the western portion of the Mountaintops. Thank you for the super unclear quest triggers that lock you out of things arbitrarily, FromSoft. Never change.
- Anonymous
Even ages after Darkwraiths still the same :( perhaps Gwyn or some other God punished them because they stole so many lives/humanities?
- Anonymous
This and Rotten Breath, seriously do nerfs fromsoft lol, the rotten breath in particular, kills Radhan in 2 cast, like wtf lmao
- Anonymous
i really wish you could upgrade the armor set. for the amount of trouble you go through to get it and then it not help with later bosses just isnt fun
- Anonymous
Wearing at least 3 pieces of the set + Blessed Dew Talisman negates poison damage. However, you'll remain at 18% health since that's when the armor's healing takes effect.

SPOILERRR ALERT—/—————-
after defeating the fire giant and the map changes the edge lord will disappear from the round table, so get this set before progressing!

putting on the pants of this set crashes my game for some reason (PC) i never had any crashes otherwise but i tried 3 times and everytime my game crashes exclusively when i put on the pants

I was poisoned wearing this set. Opened the menu and every time I took poison damage I healed for 2 health. So I assume it works something like;
Whenever you take damage it activates a regen buff, but then turns off if you're over a certain threshold (seeing people say 15-18% health).
I'll need to do more testing to see if you always heal when hit. If it does, I'll try to always wear at least one piece of this gear.
my armor is bugged https://imgur.com/a/xQhl8MH and i dont know how to fix it
restarting the game doesnt help and i have no other ideas what to do and i really want to use it....

There’s something inside me that crawls beneath the surface...

Use this set with the blue feathered branch sword talisman for good survivability

Each piece of this set says that it regenerates HP slowly over time, but it doesn't actually regenerate your HP. Bugged maybe? Even equipping the whole set doesn't cause HP regeneration.
- Anonymous
Regen activates when you fall below roughly 18% hp and only restores health up to that point
- Anonymous
To anyone wondering about the HP regen, i believe it heals you up to a small percentage of your max health, so if you have 500 Max HP and your health drops to 1 it will heal you back up to about 90 HP, above the minimum HP it does nothing. So not very great unless you have a super giant HP pool or maybe for some red tearstone-ish style build.
- Anonymous
Set heals you when you have low health. From my testing, it healed faster the more pieces of the set you have equipped. Not sure the actual values, but it stopped healing when I got to 186/1030hp so it won’t heal for much
For those of you wondering how the health regen works that is in the item descriptions, here you go. Please bear in mind that these numbers are estimates.
If you are below 15% of your max hp, the regen begins to take effect. It will heal you constantly until you reach around 18% of your max hp. The more pieces of armor you are wearing the better. Wearing just one will still heal you to 18% of your max hp, but it will take longer. The regen scales based on the number of armor pieces you are wearing. Each piece adds +2 hp/sec up to a maximum of +8 hp/sec.
This effect is obviously not the greatest in the world, but it certainly is better than most armor sets can boast. I imagine this regen would certainly help mitigate the effects of poison at low health if the person using it is otherwise safe. It's also helpful to mitigate chip damage through your shield that doesn't outright kill you.
Personally I wear it with my Bandit Mask because #EldenBling
After Obtaining Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) when you return to the roundtable you'll find its deserted and all the lights are out. from there you'll be attacked be an enemy after killing it you will return back to the normal roundtable. after going into the corridor the enemy emerged from you'll find the Royal Remains set on the ground.

I was wondering who dare attack us, didn't expect it to be that cool looking, silent type, JoJo posing guy to do it.
Though to be fair, him standing right beside the "library" with daddy in it should have been sus.
- Anonymous
You can get off of Enshas corpse by where they stand normally, either by killing them or find their dead body once they invade you at the roundtable hold. The trigger for the invasion is collecting an object given to you when you defeat the boss at the base of the minor Erdtree west of the magic academy.
After patch 1.07 finally with viable poise provided equipping bullhorn medallion
