Witch's Glintstone Crown is a Helm in Elden Ring. Witch's Glintstone Crown increases intelligence and arcane to the detriment of stamina and protects the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
One of the glintstone crowns bestowed upon Raya Lucaria scholars whose pursuits were deemed worthy.
Increases intelligence and arcane to the detriment of stamina.
This gentle-looking crown was granted to a scholar who excelled in her studies, which also merited the title of "witch."
Where to find Witch's Glintstone Crown in Elden Ring
The Witch's Glintstone Crown Helm can be found at:
- Obtained at the end of Sorceress Sellen's Questline. [Elden Ring Map here]
- If you sided with Sellen, the crown will be on the floor right next to her in her final form in the Raya Lucaria Academy library.
- If you sided with Witch-Hunter Jerren, the crown will drop upon defeating Sellen.

- Witch's Glintstone Crown is one of the potential Helms of the Raya Lucarian Sorcerer Set.
- Using the Erudition emote (Gesture) with certain Glintstone Crowns equipped will make the glintstones glow brightly.
- The rest of the set is composed of the Raya Lucarian Robe, Sorcerer Manchettes and Sorcerer Leggings.

- The Witch's Glintstone Crown is based on Sorceress Sellen's head; a more detailed portrayal of Sellen's countenance can be seen amongst the portraits found in the Schoolhouse Classroom in Raya Lucaria Academy, alongside the portraits of several Conspectus founders and Rennala herself.

AnonymousRaises int and arc... the only spells that use both int and arc are the bubbles... which are found in Siofra River... which is beneath Sellia... Sellen, Sellia, Seluvis... Nokron is over the Siofra River, where the nightmaiden and swordstress puppets are found... Puppets... Sellia is a bunch of ghost sorcerers and night spells, which were used to kill sorcerers. Sellen killed tons of sorcerers (or had them killed) to make graven masses to study the primeval current... I am going full pepe silvia over this.

Quite the handicapping this thing is, but it looks way too good to discard. This and ronin set pairs it up well.

Arcane is also a synonym of willpower in these games. I find that very clever to add +3 ARC on Sellen's Crown considering she goes against the academy

I really wish this was +3 int and +3 mind instead of +3 arc, there are only 2 sorceries that use arc and their both awful, and arcane as a whole is a stat that most sorcerer's have little to no use for

Does anyone else appear to get more glowing eyed (extra rune) enemies with this thing on? I have nearly 900 hours and with the character that uses this crown specifically I have noticed a huge increase in glowing eye enemies. I don't believe it's the increase in arcane either, as I have had high arcane builds in the past and this character is not one of them and the high arcane builds did not have such a significant increase.
Like I went from rarely seeing glowing eyed enemies to finding at least one every 2 minutes, and just got done killing 3 imps in a row with glowing eyes. Might just be extreme luck out of nowhere but still.

So, Sellen really was lawful ruler of the Academy, if Debate Parlour portraits are to be believed. Kidnapped by the Caria loyalists.
Is this just for fashion? Or is there actually a build that would benefit from this niche effect?

Dont really even utilize the arcane boosts, nor do I really care for the stamina debuff. Just good female fashion souls if you want to try something outside of the typical Snow Witch set for your mage build.

You can get this crown regardless of who you side with. If you side with Jerren you'll receive it from him after the battle. If you side with Selen, it'll be next to her "giant ball" form to the left of Rennala. Make sure you exhaust her dialogue and rest at the site of grace until Rennala shows back up in her usual spot.

I waited at the nearby Grace site and when it loaded back up Rennala was back and ‘Sellen’ was off to the side with the helmet next to her new body

Niche use case, but this is a very efficient item if you're using incantations and want access to both discus of light (significantly underrated) and any of the dragon breath incantations. Saving 3 points in both int and arc is 6 levels you can invest elsewhere. Gives a few points of poise too, which means if you're trying to hit 51 for PvE you need a bit less endurance than if you were using the queen's crown. Stamina loss is inconvenient but not a real barrier, stamina regen in this game is so fast you don't really need to care.
