Just noticed that the stoles (the sashes over the shoulders) on both this and the lazuli sorcerer robe clip into the lower part of the gown in their inventory pictures.

This chest piece should really provide +1 intelligence for wearing it, the commoner's simple garb if altered has the exact same weight and while having slightly weaker negations and resistances provides a +1 bonus to faith. Faith/Intelligence and faith caster setup's who wish to optimize there build have a ideal chest piece as a option but intelligence builds are lacking in this. A small nerf to the defenses on this and a +1 Intelligence bonus would remedy this quite nicely.
It would also be lore appropriate considering this is the chosen attire of the Raya Lucaria's scholar's.

Not sure why anyone would want this robe. The stats are worse than the starting Astrologer's robe. What a waste.

This needs to be updated it's actually dropped from sorcerers in the Raya Lucaria Academy. Plenty of them can be found near the Schoolhouse Classroom grace. It's somewhat of a low drop-rate so it may require a few attempts before one drops.

Drop rate is pretty low for this piece, I suggest using silver-pickled fowl feet and farming the two right at the front gate of raya lucaria academy if youre going for the chest piece early game and don’t want too much trouble
