Cleanrot Armor (Altered) is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Cleanrot Armor (Altered) is the altered version of Cleanrot Armor and is part of the Cleanrot Set Armor Set. Is an Armor of the Cleanrot Knights, celebrated for their undefeated campaign in the Shattering. Cleanrot Armor (Altered) is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.

I like it. Still looks good and goes well with a lot of other sets.

While the altered version is a bit lighter in weight, it has lower defenses/poise and removes the white and red drape around your waist. Doesn’t look as good as the original imo.
It actually would not be bad for making a more heavily armored samurai, the hip armor has the layered slats of metal and there are some squares of armor in the front which look very Japanese. The shoulder pads have them too. — The Fist of Fury
