Fire Monk Armor is a Chest Armor in Elden Ring. Fire Monk Armor is part of the Fire Monk Set, and is a Medium Weight armor that provides a good balance of defensive properties. Fire Monk Armor is an armor piece worn over or around the player's torso to obtain an increase of defense and resistance. It also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Black iron armor adorned with a red cloth.

Equipping the chest piece crashes the game as of patch 1.04. So strange.

forget character build or weapon choices, choosing between this or the white variant is hardest decision in the game

Eastern Tableland site of grace in Liurnia. Run south east from the site and there's immediately a monk and 2 goons. Roasted them with glintstone breath and fast traveled back to the site of grace, rinse and repeat. Maybe 20ish min and had the full set. Arcane is 27, no other items to boost discovery.

The entire set (including the mace) took me about 20 min with 50 arcane and 3 silver feet
farmed for about an hour in the giant-conquering hero's grave. spent most of my time at around 260 discovery (22 arc + silver tear mask + marikas soreseal + silver scarab talisman + silver pickled fowls foot). eventually i respecced so i had 304 discovery (60 arc stat iirc) and got it within 10 minutes. unsure how much of that is rng vs the discovery stat making a difference.
additionally, the weapon seems to have the second lowest drop rate, followed by the greaves (i got 3 and 4 respectively). the hood and gauntlets were about even for me (8 and 10).
good luck farming y'all!

Took me too long to notice the face on the chest piece, like the Fire Giant

this armor mentions an ancient god of flame, and one of the giant's items also refers to another entity like the elden beast.

Got pretty easily by using the respec feature and getting 99 arcane+ silver pickle and albinauric mask. Took less than 5 mins to get the complete set

Do the white black flame versions also drop their white armor?

Been farming this for a few hours several days in a row now and still can't get the chest armor to drop. I have almost 10 pairs of the boots, four maces, one pair of gloves, and one hood. I'd guess I've probably killed 200 of them. Makes me wonder what the actual drop % is.

Can confirm the set does exist, I farmed all four pieces from one particular location. Greaves seemed to have highest drop rate. In time to get full set I had 4 greaves drop and 2 flamemaces to 1 gloves, 1 armour, 1 hood. Hope this post inspires others to stick at the grind, it’s totally worth it, looks dope and stats are amazing. -Goblin

Farmed this for hours finally got it. The drop chance is extremely low

The drop rate on this item seems particularly low, if it even exists.
I’ve been farming for 2 hours and nada
Am I crazy or does anyone else remember being able to alter this set in the 1.0 version of the game so that it was just the chest plate and no robes? I could swear I remember that being an option in an earlier version on PS4- then I went out of town for a few days, came back, updated, tried to make the alteration and it wasn't an option any more. It's been driving me absolutely insane because I SWEAR I remember it so vividly. I didn't make the alteration when it was available because I was happy with my armor at the time and didn't have souls available.
