Hoslowes Greave's go way harder with this set. Also I know there is another Fire Knight helm you can get that looks good but I'm also partial to Carian Knight helm + Haslows Greaves.

The best way to farm the set is to go to the "Storehouse: Loft" Site of Grace and jump down to the right of the elevator and then kill the first knight. After this, go downstairs and knock the second knight off the bridge and watch if he drops anything as he falls. If he does, go down the ladder and jump over the railing to grab the item. I got the full set in about 30 minutes this way.

Silver Mirror shield looks absolutely incredible with this set. It's like they were waiting 2 years to meet to form a most perfect union of drip.

Ugh why is all the knight armor so light this stuff should be heavier and more protective it’s ridiculous

when you wear the set: 40 poise. when the enemy wear the set: 106 poise
Farm this set while getting the Greatsword, unlock the shortcut to the right of the main gate plaza grace, run up kill the Fire Knight there, if you get the Greatsword early then go farm the Shortsword from the Fire Knight outside the Seventh Floor grace.

Goes great with the Distinguished Greatshield, and the Inverted Hawk Heater Shield

Best farming spot I found is Specimen Storehouse, Seventh Floor site of grace. Just across the humped bridge is a fire knight that can drop the Fire Knight set and the Fire Knight Shortsword (Which is actually a dagger). I also recommend being Lamenter form, because it gives you +8 ARC, as well as looking interesting.

Who needs poise when you look like a sicko? Easily one of the best gloves + chest pieces out there right now for fashion souls players.
The torso is my fav. I use Rellana's helmet & greaves, it looks sick. I don't need too much poise where I can roll, then kinda 1-2 shots with parry and hyperarmor some move or fast AoW.

The set has three alternate helms in addition to the Fire Knight Helm:
Death Mask Helm
Winged Serpent Helm
Salza's Hood
This set barely doesn't have enough Poise to tank the one-handed light attack of a Dagger, which is 40.5 for reference.

For people who want the look of amazing armor but don’t want to have those clothes in greaves, Rellana’s Greaves fit nicely with this set

can i just ask why does the fire knight with the collosal sword do the flaming strike ash of war when you cant put it on the fire knight sword? seems bad to me cuz i really would want that ash of war on the collosal

The helm and the chest are purple items and have much lower drop rate than the gauntlets and the greaves.

After farming the 7th floor specimen storage site of grace spawn for 3 hours I've finally got the whole set.
Final tally is;
8 Short Swords
7 Helmets
4 Chest Pieces
4 Boots
1 Gauntlets
And countless Smithing Stone 6, 7, and 8's.
Those damn gauntlets just didn't want to drop for me.
Fastest farming spot I found:
- Get to Shadow Keep Storehouse Grace
- Turn around, run to the lift lever
- You have right enough time to cast Golden Vow, Flame, Grant me Strength and drink your Mix Flask
- Get onto the lift, activate it
- You have enough time to do some other stuff (double Seppuku on dual handed Peelers, for examples)
- The lift arrives right at the moment when the Fire Knight is moving away
- Sneak up, get a backstab, finish off
Takes around 40-45 seconds to kill one, paired with Silver Tear Mask And Silver Scarab it should not take you more than 20 minutes to farm the whole set and a couple of Greatswords.

The very first knight I killed (one before the elevator to the Shadow Keep Storehouse) dropped both the helmet and gauntlets which I thought was very lucky. 30 kills later (not farming, just regular kills while exploring) I have yet to see a chest piece or boots. Bummer cause I really wanna try a messmer flame incantation build.

Haven't seen anyone mention it, and it's not on the wiki page yet, but the head "Slightly increases HP, stamina, and maximum equip load." I'm not sure on the exact percentages, but it takes my HP from 1656 to 1689 (48 VIG) my stam from 136 to 142, and my equip load from 84.1 to 87.9 (35 END). Not the biggest buffs, but it's a nice plus.

the chest does boost messmer incantation damage. Although if you alter it to remove the cape, the item description changes and no longer gives the boost.

These guys ruined my dual daggers run. They spam non stop and it took so much resources to take down just 1. I swapped to Heavy Thrusting Sword and Piercing Fang to blitz through them.
Okk my low levels farming guide, for this one. It is quite easy. Great stars + cold + stormcaller. Open with backstab, then chain cast aow, stunlock him, repeat. Sword block blocks once and lets him hit you, so better take Ritual shield not to be oneshot. Lvl 15 +3/+1 farming him with ease

The chest piece boosts messmer incantations, eg orb and fire serpent. If you alter to remove cape you lose the bonus and the item description changes.

The chest piece does seem to boost messmer incantations, however if you alter it to remove cape the description changes and it no longer boosts.

1 head, 2 weapon, 6 chest, 9 gauntlets........... zero ****ing legs.
Legs is the one I need. No joke I started farming just for the legs.

God these guys are awful, poise that feels infinite if you're on light weapons, off-beat spell that they occasionally combine with melee, literal 10 second combo. But the set is fire, so it's worth it.
- Anonymous
if you walk on the corpse of these dudes their head wobbles around a ton
- Anonymous
how tf are you supposed to kill the incantation spamming flame knights? literally 0 openings as a melee build

Storehouse seventh floor grace has a knight just outside the door on the other side of the staircase, I farmed all pieces off him pretty quick.
- Anonymous
A safe way to farm them is to climb up the ladder near the Storehouse, Back Section grace, and backstab the knight at the top. It’ll die, if it doesn’t drop anything warp back and repeat, if it does just climb back down the ladder, hop over the railing and it should land right next to the first floor grace.

Took 42 attempts at 251 item discovery, but ended up getting everything including the sword. Just posting to assure people it's possible. Got 3 of the chest and hands before anything else even dropped... ending total: 1 helmet, 5 chest, 5 glove, 1 leg, 3 sword.

Use the helm on the sage set, now you have the DS1 crimson sealer set

I farmed the whole set as well as the Fire Knight's Greatsword from the Fire Knight that is down the elevator from the "Storehouse, First Floor" site of grace. The head and chest are Epic drops and took the longest for me to drop so could possibly be lower droprate than the gloves and boots. Might be better farming spots but at least I confirmed he drops the whole set.

man what is the drop rate for the dam gloves. ive been farming the knights for hours and i keep getting everything else. swear its starting to feel like silver knight farming

Earliest location (at least that I’ve found) is a bit into shadow keep (third legacy dungeon) there’s a single fire knight guarding a elevator that leads to a grace so you can easily backtrack and kill it. It was a **** ton of hp though and does a lot of damage but he drops the armor and I’m assuming the greatsword? But idk

Skyrim Armor mods look better than this lmao. Almost all ER Armor designs are boring and unimaginative.

You can’t tell me these enemies weren’t inspired by Abyss Watchers.
