The weapon attacks deal full status potency, like normal attacks. Base Bleed of the blades is 60. Does not use your weapon's base AR for the projectiles but might use scaling.

Completely annihilates mohg. Fight him normally until he does the first countdown, then quickly get behind him and spam this, make sure your weapon itself hits him as well, so get up close. Can easily finish him off before nihil, if you do it right

This skill absolutely DELETED Mohg. Only took 1 shackle and he was at half health and before his phase 2 chanting was finished he was dead lmao

Updated in 1.7, so now the movements of the weapons when shooting the blade also connect. With a bleed infused (or inate bleed) weapon, it will bleed most enemies really fast.

Am I reading this right that the weapons ash is in 2 parts, first part coating the weapon and adding blood buildup on regular attacks even on occult/non blood infusion?

does anyone know the bleed build up of the projectile if it's applied with a physical affinity (heavy, keen, quality)?

Ability to chain and only lose hp (small amount) on first cast makes this much better than bloody slash imo

I'd love this so much if it was really a ranged skill. But the range is so pathetic, just falls to the ground, why??

If enchanted with bloodflame blade it will build up bleed significantly faster but not do the additional fire damage

I am not sure if this is intended or bugged, but if you use it on a thrusting sword, the blade arc will fly straight and then suddenly drop.
Location shown on the map link is slightly incorrect.

Can you put it on a Uchigatana ?
For jetstream sam cosplay purposes

Can somebody help me test something? For some reason I seem to be getting better bleed build up using occult as opposed to blood infusion. Usually get bleed by a blade less with occult.
Ps I think the damage scales off of weapon level only. This also costs half as much fp as reduvias.

In my testing, only the initial cast of Blood Blade costs a little bit of your HP and FP, chaining it one after the other only uses FP. While not as straight up powerful as Bloody Slash, this however does induce buildup of bleed and you can kill/bleed any enemy to death with this. Very useful imo.

Essentially turns any dagger, sword, and twinblade into a Reduvia.

I was able to put it on my twinblade, i also found it yesterday before the page was up and was extremely excited because i wanted a melee projectile and was considering moving away from arcane despite using dragon incantations, im glad i didnt have to
the blood projectile itself is worse than reduvias, but you can take advantage of the melee hitbox to inflict much higher blood loss on a myriad of weapons like twinblades
