This is now busted especially for lower levels. Blue dew lets you always have Bestial vitality up, and negates measly fp cost. Very efficient

Compared to the Reduvia version, this version shoots a smaller projectile which deals less damage and less bleed build up, and costs a small amount of HP when you begin a volley. However, it costs HALF of the FP. That's a pretty significant difference.

Slap this on an occult bloodstained dagger and you have a strength Reduvia , I love this ash , hits like a truck each swipe

Wish this could go on small axes It would be perfect for a doom marauder build.

Arrow’s Reach talisman won’t improve this skill’s range by much (if at all), but it does affect the projectile’s arc as it travels. It will lose altitude less quickly with the talisman equipped.

Will damage of the projectile still scale with arcane and weapon level if set to keen? Or will it then scale to Dex? Not the weapon itself, just the projectile.

Wish you could put this on claws. It would be like Inuyasha using his blades of blood attack.

Just a worse version of reduvia blood blade:
a) lower damage
b) weaker bleed build up
c) despite all these cost HP additionally

This on rogiers rapier does more damage for me than reduvia. Even though reduvia for me has higher damage base and scaling wise. Ashes of war version only costs half as much as reduvias. Health cost is null. I thought reduvias was faster but I'm not too sure now, although you don't cut yourself with that one it still has a windup time. Pretty good, all and all.

can the projectiles from this art be deflected by thops barrier or storm wall?

This ashes of war is literally the easy mode of Elden Ring, really needs a nerf tbh

The weapon skill costs FP and HP to use. The HP cost is small and since the game has inherit ways to refill flasks without having to rest makes it a decent trade off id say. It is quite powerful. Use it on my Uchi with Arc/Dex and its pretty nasty to bosses, just have to be careful you dont put yourself into 1 shot range.

This skill is NOT unique. I found the Ash of War for it just Southeast of Wyndham Ruins. It's on a flying scarab which will drop down after a crab burrows out of the ground to attack you.

I'm definitely going to use this weapon! It has restored my faith in bleed builds.
i dont know about total bleed up at 60 arcane but it hit harder than reduvia on that stats.
