this is a high-risk high-reward kind of move in PVP: if you stagger your opponent in the first few hits, they're gonna be staggerlocked to death or near, but if he escapes the range, even if he was hit beforehand, not only you will waste a lot of stamina and FP, but also will have a high chance of getting punished (counterattacked) during the skill which lasts a lot of time - enough for the opponent to hit you with something.
