I feel it should be noted that when you use this skill you are not purely relying on the random fireballs to hit the enemies-there is also a shockwave of flame that goes out when you first hoist the weapon, dealing decent damage and knocking enemies back. That fire shockwave is the best part of the skill (its still not great, but its much more reliable than the fireballs).

The skill looks useful. But the design of the weapon itself sucks donkey balls. A lot of the weapon designs in elden ring suck when you start thinking.

Destroyed placidusax with this. Activated Flame, Grant Me Strength, Golden Vow, and Flame Crystal Tear and went under his ass and spammed this. ****ing melted him.

I guess I’m the first to comment on this… it’s a big mace it goes smash smash smash and it lights on fire like the fat bastard with the dinner plate on their heads that shoot fire everywhere.
I broke someone's guard on a greatshield by the pre follow-up attack. It did like 2 damage and it's basically right before you raise the weapon aloft, was pretty funny. While he was stance broken, the explosion killed him. I love this weapon. Good way to obliterate 2 or 3-man squads in tight spaces too, especially when buffed with fire damage and Shard of Alexander.
