Does it deal any magic damage? Is it boosted by the Spellblade set?

Other abilities may be more OP than this one such as Takers Flame or Unsheathe... but I smile every time I use Wave of Destruction. It's just FUN to use.

Fun fact, while Vacuum Slice (similar skill to this) can be fired into the air, Wave of Destruction always travels along the ground, BUT it can crawl up walls. And if you use it at the edge of a ledge, it’ll “drop downwards” until it finds the ground and then will proceed out straight from there. This lets you get some more uses out of it.

This skill gives you a LOT of hyperarmor. I've been messing around with the ruins greatsword in Caelid and with poise only in the 30s even dino-dogs and murder crows can't interrupt it. That means it's most likely giving me over 100 extra poise, because I'm pretty sure enemy attack poise damage only comes in 3 tiers of 50, 100, or effectively infinite (too high to tank by any means or bypassing poise entirely).

New meta since RoB got nerfed. God this **** is annoying.

Why are so many of these locked to WA's? There are a grand total of 5 gravity sorceries but stuff like this and starcaller's cry are only on weapons, weapons that most sorcerers can't really use.

What’s sad about this weapon art, is that it can’t break enemy stance on its own. You have to throw in some jumping or charged R2’s with it. Falling star beast jaw weapon art is better, since it can break enemy stance on its own.

From my testing, it doesn't seem like the Metorite Staff boosts the skill; quite sad about it, tbh.

Supposedly, Meteorite Staff boosts the damage of this Ash… i haven’t tested it myself, but if it is true, then thats a massive damage increase.

Appears to be bugged, the follow-up attack cannot hit anything. Interestingly, it CAN hit things when you are out of fp... But then it only does about as much damage as a normal attack.
I hope this gets fixed, because its so friggin cool, man.

What kind of Talismans can I use to make this ability stronger?

This thing used to be amazing and fun to free aim, now it feels like it's literally impossible to hit anyone with this unless they're not paying attention at all. They must have reduced the hitbox or something because this seems so bad compared to how it was.
