Bloodboon Ritual is a Skill in Elden Ring. Bloodboon Ritual is a special skill only available for an individual weapon, and cannot be applied to other weapons via Ashes of War. Updated to Patch 1.07.
How to get Bloodboon Ritual in Elden Ring
- This Skill can only be acquired by equipping Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear.

- This Skill is not Chargeable
- "Bloodflame" deals Fire Damage and inflicts Blood Loss buildup
- Adds a flat 30 AR of fire damage to the weapon, before modifiers.
- Each of the three inputs of the weapon art consist of multiple individual hits. The third thrust will deal increase damage and has a longer recovery.
- Despite its wide AoE, its single target damage is quite high, meaning it is not limited to just crowd clearing
- Damage scales with weapon upgrade level and Arcane.
Note: This Skill was changed with Patch 1.07 as follows:
- The range of the damage animation trigger on other players has been reduced.
- Damage is unchanged.

Deals pure fire damage, which means your fire scorpion charm/flame-shrouding tear/flame grant me strength all buff it significantly. Add onto that the Shard of Alexander, and that means a full activation (three stabs) kills any normal fire-vulnerable mob and deals massive damage to most bosses.

By far the most broken AoW in the game on this. Just got one-shotted through the wall with film health. People using this one are beyond pathetic.

Done some testing, and this skill doesn't scale with your strength, it only scales with arcane.
2 handing doesn't increase your damage.
Anything that boosts your general damage output or fire damage will be of benefit.
Summery: Invest in Arcane, Fire, and Blood Loss buffs.

Why does this OBLITERATE bosses that are immune to bloodloss?

without fire scorpion charm first tick does 579 damage
with fire scorpion charm it does 649 damage
which is a 12% increase which means it only deals fire damage

Does the "bloodflame" this weapons grants after using the skill really apply the bloodflame blood build up or even a standard extra build up? I tested it on greyoll and it took the same amount of hits (8 with +10 and 60 arcane) to proc bleed.
