Why does part of the cloak have to be off the shoulder like that (the same for Rodrika's)?!

1. It breaks the flow of the cloak.

2. Both arms would still be free without it.

3. It's asymmetrical.

I don't know is it just me but when i equip the hood it instantly crashes my game. I can wear red one just fine just not the blue one cause it just CTD for me. Once it equiped it for a split second before the crash and it loaded for me without textures.

not sure what these folks are talking about, you have to go through a sending gate right next to the forest spanning greatbridge grace site. The site is north of the altus highway junction site but the instructions in these comments is pretty vague. The location itself is in the northernmost part of the region, NE of the west windmill pasture (since that is on the interactive map at the moment)

You can get the set almost as soon as you start the game, and at base-level. You need the two halves of the Dectus Medallion, which both can be acquired without killing anything. Then you can take a path that goes along the side of the cliff that Stormveil Castle sits on, which leads right up to the "Lake-Facing Cliffs" Grace. From there, it's just a long run up to the Grand Lift of Dectus, and then across the Atlus Plateau to the East Windmill Pasture.

You can get it as soon as you've beaten godrick, Google how to get the dectus medallions and then use a full map to see the path you have to take through the area past godrick and follow it (it's tough and there are a lot of diversions you have to take) to the lift (it's down the path with the broken
bridge but you have have get to it from some plateaus near the bridge) to the atlas plateau. Follow the path to the grace at the fork in the road once in atlas then go due north exactly to the windmills. From there follow the other tips here.

West Windmill Pasture directly North of Altus Highway Junction site of grace, you'll know it when you see it. Just look for a small stables right next to the windmill and a pile of corpses surrounded by 3 dancing ladies. Exploding skeletons will spawn as well so be careful of them.

West Windmill Pasture, follow the road going North from Altus Highway Junction site of grace. It'll be the Windmill with a stable right next to it, you'll see 3 or so dancing ladies around two bodies. Make sure you deal with them and then when the exploding skeletons spawn let them start to bloat up then quickly roll/back away so you don't get hit from their explosions. Can either try to pick em off one by one when they get knocked down from explosions or just let them explode and kill themselves. Their explosions will also hurt/kill the dancing ladies so you can kill two birds with one stone and get Noble's Set and Twinned Knight Swords with relative ease.

The Noble's Set is located in Alteus Plateau, at the edge of the Windmill Village on a corpse in the middle of a group of dancing ladies.

You can get a red version of the hood from completing Roderika's quest line, then checking where you found her indisposed friends.

It's close to the Windmill Village site of grace. It's the furthest windmill on the edge of the cliff. The place is called Eat Windmill Pasture or sth. You also get the Twinned Knight Swords

Just before you reach the Erdtree Capital outskirts (from the north gates), there is a windmill with a stable next to it and about 5-6 dancing ladies. The set is on a corpse in the center of the group, set on fire. Beware tho, cuz these exploding fire dudes will spawn.
