Spellproof Pickled Liver is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. It is a brand new Consumable Item in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.
Animal liver pickled in a blue medicinal solution.
Craftable item.
Temporarily grants large boost to magic damage negation, greatly
improving damage mitigation against attacks imbued with magic.
The effects of the forager brood's pickled delights are enhanced by
the fermentation, or rotting, of the ingredients. Though this
results in a pungent odor, some come to find the aroma
irresistible.

Any idea how the % damage negation on this stacks up against Barrier of Gold? They’re almost definitely not stackable (both will likely be body buffs) so I’m trying to figure out if I should switch to this or keep using Barrier of Gold
