Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. It is a brand-new Remembrance in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.
Remembrance of Rellana, the Twin Moon Knight, hewn into the Scadutree.
The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader. Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes.
Once a Carian princess, Rellana disavowed her birthright and chose to stand at Messmer's side instead, knowing full well that not even the brilliance of the moon could grant him succor.
Before long, she became known as the Sword of Messmer.

Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight use in Elden Ring
Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight
- Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight can either be traded for 30,000 Runes or handed to Enia in Roundtable Hold to unlock its power.
- If the second alternative is chosen, the remembrance will supply the player with Rellana's Twin Blades or Rellana's Twin Moons. See Remembrance Weapons (Boss Weapons) for details.
- Remembrances can be duplicated at a Wandering Mausoleum. Only one remembrance may be duplicated per mausoleum, and only one time.
- Shadow of the Erdtree added the Remembrance Duplication Coffins to the Realm of Shadow. They serve the same purpose as Wandering Mausoleums, in the new area added with the DLC.

Messmer: could not be granted succor
Kenneth Haight: asks to be granted succor
Coincidence? I think not!

It seems like 99% of the time getting the boss weapon is better than the spell? For PvP

Renalla is the first and last Queen of the Carian Dynasty, so Rellana has to be her daughter, so the demigods family tree should be:
Marika + Godfrey: Godwyn, Morgott, Mohg
Renalla + Radagon: Ranni, Radahn, Rykard, Rellana
Marika + Radagon: Malenia, Miquella
Marika + ??? (maybe some outer god that is fire related, seeing both Melina and Messmer are tied to fire): Melina, Messmer

The hyperlink is missing the H in Knight, so it takes people to a 404 error
Man I can't wait for the second Elden Ring DLC "Reflection of The Ertrdee" where we'll get to fight Renalla's OLDER sister Redanna the triple moon barbarian who also used to be a carian princess but left her family to join Marito the grace kisser and also was super good friends with Radahn because he has to be involved for some reason.
