Scorpion Stew is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. It is a brand new Consumable Item in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Most Consumables grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects or applying temporary buffs and debuffs, while others can be thrown at enemies to deal damage.
Scorpion simmered in a black soup.
Traditional meal of the hornsent.
Boosts physical damage negation temporarily and gradually
restores HP.
Once made with love by a certain elderly woman for the family
table.
Having long gone cold, this soup gives off a rank, sour smell.
Where to find Scorpion Stew in Elden Ring
- Given by Hornsent Grandam. Talk to her twice with the Divine Beast Head equipped after defeating Divine Beast Dancing Lion, and she will give you the stew (you may have to reload the area for her to give the stew). [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map] [Video Link]

I only got the gourmet version and she isn't giving me any more stew after finishing the DLC. Did I mess something up along the questline? Does she only give an infinite supply if you give this to Hornsent?

If given to the hornsent NPC at grace... will give you a furnace Visage. This happened after defeating Rellana but nit sure about if that is the trigger.

some useful information: Physical Damage Negation: 5%, Duration: 1 minute. Also applies a regen buff for the duration; 8 hp/s (480 hp total). counts as a body buff.

So far she seems to have infinite supply of those Stews. Whenever you talk to her with no Stew in your inventory (you can have on in your storage chest though!), she'll give you a new one.

After consuming or giving to the hornsent npc, you can revisit the grandam (even without the helmet) to get more stew.

Can be given to the Hornsent by the Highroad Cross grace in return for Furnace Visage x 3
This can be given to Hornsent at the Three-Path Cross site of grace. I did so immediately after defeating the Dancing Lion, hadn't beaten any other remembrance bosses at the time. He gives you Three Furnace Visages and talks a bit about the memories the stew brings up, though he calls it a poor imitation of the true thing.
