How to get White Shadow's Lure in Elden Ring
- Dropped by an invisible Teardrop Scarab in the Consecrated Snowfield, northwest of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield site of grace between the grace and Ordina, Liturgical Town. The scarab leaves glowing white tracks in the snow and is chased wherever it goes by a pack of five wolves.

This works on far more than the description says.
Everything with a "weak mind" seems to be effected even in combat. So far it worked for me with dogs, rats and frenzied enemies.
Someone told me it even works against trolls.
