Renna's Rise is a Location in Elden Ring. Renna's Rise is one of three towers found in the Three Sisters sub-region of Liurnia of the Lakes. It is accessible after giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade. A waygate to the northern part of Ainsel River is found at the very top.

Renna's Rise Walkthrough
This tower can be accessed by progressing through the Ranni the Witch questline. This Tower can be accessed once players reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia as part of Ranni's quest. This occurs after defeating Radahn and giving the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni. After this, players can make their way and take the ladders to the top of the interior tower. There will be a chest that will contain the Snow Witch Set. Map Link
If the barrier is still there after completing the quest with Ranni, you'll need to visit a Site of Grace to reset the area.
During the questline, you may also gain access to the portal located at a higher part of the tower. Go through the arched doorway out the tower after using the ladders to climb. Take the stairs that wrap around the external part of the tower and there will be a portal that can be used to travel to another location.

Fighting with nearby dragon opened it for me. Dragon ran away at half health and magic block removed.

Can get into Renna's Rise after giving Ranni the Finger Slayer Blade, just need to rest at a grace to reset world.

You don't have to go to the divine tower of liurnia. Once you get the hourglass from Ranni, rest at a grace. After resting, renna's tower opens. If it doesn't open, then you may need to touch the grace that appears in Ranni's room after she disappears after resting after getting the hourglass.

For anyone wondering, you'll most likely be following Ranni's quest whoch involves fighting General Radahn, getting the finger blade in Nokron etc.
After giving Ranni the finger blade, she'll give you the opening to the Carian Study Hall, you must go there and activate said opening and follow through with completing the dungeon, you'll be given an item at the end called the Cursed Death Mark, THEN you should be able to access Renna's Rise.

so i need to get the fingerslayer blade and give it to ranni so it would open the magic gate, but then i cant open the chest that contains the fingerslayer blade because i havent talked to ranni, who is inside the tower, and in order to enter the tower, i need to open the magic gate, and give her the fingerslayer blade, which is blocked by quest that is inaccessible?

I have the death rune but the way is still blocked, is there a level gap anybody else overcame?

I didn’t see her at the start. I ended up buying the bell and spirits. And now when I go here it has a seal, does anyone know how to get in?
Apparently it leads to Ainsel north...but there's a magic gate :/
Just confirmed, gave her the blade and the door was still blocked, went to church of vows and absolved, now its open. No need to kill the dragon.
