Purified Ruins is a Location in Elden Ring. The Purified Ruins is found in Liurnia of the Lakes, in the southeast. This location is easily accessed on foot or on horseback as it is out in the open field. Simply follow the eastern side of the lake and you will find the ruins.

Purified Ruins Walkthrough
This ruins can be found by following the eastern side of the lake from Stormveil Castle. There are a handful of hostile knights and spearmen, as well as one dog to defeat in this location, but they are mostly spread apart from each other so you don't need to worry about getting overwhelmed. The particular Soldier-type in this location is the Foot Soldier. These Soldiers have a chance to drop items from the Foot Soldier Set. Knights are found within the ruin walls and become animated once you approach. These can be easily countered by beginning your attack behind them to avoid extending combat.
In the large hall filled with soldiers, search near the middle of the ruins for a set of crates and pots. There is a wooden board covering the entrance to an underground room here. Inside the room is a Shabriri Grape on the corpse on the left and the Two Fingers Heirloom talisman inside the chest. Back outside, search the southwest section for a narrow path with barrels. There is a Golden Rune (3) in front of the barrels.
Check the western side of the ruins, right by the lake shore. If you've given Hyetta a Shabriri Grape in her first location, you will be able to find her here where she will ask for another grape but does not reward anything this time.
In the northeast section of the ruins, you can find a Waygate which will teleport you to the entrance of the Raya Lucaria Academy.

I suspect there might be a boss here... there's a statue of marika right outside the ruins
