Hermit Merchant's Shack Walkthrough
Hermit Merchant's Shack is a small hut found on a cliff in the northwestern part of Capital Outskirts. If coming from Altus Plateau, it can be accessed by climbing a staircase east of Outer Wall Battleground site of grace and then taking a U-turn to the left. Or if coming from Leyndell, Royal Capital, head northwest from Capital Rampart site of grace.
The main point of interest is the Hermit Merchant who has a stock of general goods and equipment.

The description is confusing. how would it be possible to get to the hermit merchant's shack in leyndell from the weeping peninsula? The trap chest sends you to an area near the divine bridge grace checkpoint, but there is no way to get from there to the main area of the royal capital.

First go get AoW : Sacred Blade then use it on your weapon, Next go farm 3 sekeleton at Sage's Cave behind the illusion wall , I got both in around 15 minutes

The best way for the bell bearing hunter to spawn is to go to night after buying from the merchant. Then just exit and log back into your character. Works for me every time.

I can confirm that this works to make the hunter appear: teleport to the site of grace, pass time until night, then teleport to the same site again.
My idea is that the game needs to "register" that it's night for the merchant to leave, and it does that when you zap there at night.
Note: Below the Capital - "Below the royal capital of Leyndell is a vast network of sewers. The well in the city below reaches deep into its tunnels."

i cant get bell bearing hunter to spawn. iv tried turning to night multible times and resting at grace multiple times. killed the bird but bearing hunter doesnt wana spawn just shop keep

I think they confused the "Isolated" Merchant shack with the "Hermit" one. Because that walkthrough takes you to the isolated one.

rest until nightfall, then teleport again to the site of grace, get into the shack to trigger invasion

Shack is located just inside the Northern section of the wall on the top of the hill, not outside the wall as the map marker seems to suggest.
