- Stone-Sheathed Sword (in an Altar at flowery courtyard. This is one of the Altar locations. Interact with any altar gives you this sword. If you already have it, interact with other altars can transform it into Sword of Light or Sword of Darkness.)
- Giant Golden Arc: Obtained by looting a chest in the Ruins of Unte. The chest is inside a building in a flower area that is only accessible after using a Hefty Furnace Pot and throwing it at the head of the deactivated Furnace Golem that blocks the entrance so that it moves away. [Elden Ring Map]

How to find the Ruins of Unte in Elden Ring
Shadow Keep Main Entrance - Bridge
The Ruins of Unte is a location found in the depths section of the Scadu Altus region. To reach this, you need to use the coffin that's located under the main plaza section of the Shadow Keep. When you reach the bridge section of the main plaza (the area where you encounter the Vulgar Militia enemies and burning boats), check the east side of the bridge to find a ladder that you can climb down to the underground area of the Shadow Keep's main plaza. (The ladder is next to a body that you can loot that has a Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot item.)

After climbing down, you'll see a waterfall next to it, go through the waterfall to find a room that has another ladder. Climb down the ladder and you'll find a small store room that contains an item, the Domain of Dragons Painting. Approach the wall on the right and hit it to reveal an illusory wall. Beyond is a pathway leading to a sewage area where you'll find a coffin that you can interact with. Resting in the coffin will trigger a short cutscene and you'll be teleported to the depths section of Scadu Altus, specifically by the Castle Watering Hole site of grace [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]. Past the site of grace is where you'll find the Ruins of Unte.

How to Wake up the Furance Golem in Ruins of Unte
When you first arrive at the Ruins of Unte, you'll encounter one Furnace Golem that rises when you approach it [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]. Defeating this Furnace Golem drops the Oil-Soaked Tear crystal tear and a Furnace Visage. Defeat it and head toward the ruins and you'll notice one "dead" or "unlit" Furnace Golem blocking the ruins' entrance. Head to the east side and use your mount to jump over the rubble and remains of the buildings until you reach the balcony overlooking the "dead" Furnace Golem. To wake up the Golem, you need to have a Hefty Furnace Pot in your inventory, equip it, and throw it on its head.
A Hefty Furnace Pot can be crafted with the following materials: x1 Redflesh Mushroom, x1 Ember of Messmer, and x1 Furnace Visage. The recipe to learn how to craft this item requires the player to acquire the Greater Potentate's Cookbook (2) item which can be looted from a dead body at the Run-Down Traveler's Rest in Gravesite Plain [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]. Defeating this awakened Furnace Golem drops the x1 Bloodsucking Cracked Tear and x1 Furnace Visage.

There's an alternative route to get here, starting all the way back at the Moorth ruins giant pit in the ground and working your way to the back entrance of shadow keep. Once you get to the specimen area's first floor grace, take the lift down, hang a right; there's a lower area of water, and a walkway you can jump down to. This lets you skip the hippo fight at the cost of a long backtrack but the journey was super satisfying and I adore fromsoft for letting us find alternate routes to areas 'guarded' by bosses like this.

how to get there: from main gate plaza head out the right door and up the slope, take right to the flaming boats. The ladder goijg down will be between the second and third boat on the left side. Take two ladders down. In the room with painting is an illusanry wall, then fallow the stream to the coffin

There's an alternate unintended path you can do around the back to get in by jumping against the wall while on Torrent. Look for the broken section of wall in the back.

Hefty FURNACE pot into the top of the inactive one blocking the entrance.
It stays active when you die so you don't have to waste any more on it if you do.

I remember looting one of those big fiery wicker bastards and a second later a prompt appeared that I accidentally skipped.. the second right after that was something about not lighting fire again around them? something like that, anyway, I think that prompt has the means of accessing the ruins, but I'm not entirely sure
tried throwing fire pots from the nearby ledge because some messages told me to do so, but I probably just made an ass of myself lmao

For anyone else looking for this info. To wake up the inactive furnace golem you need to throw a hefty "furnace" pot. The wiki and map state you need to throw a hefty fire pot but that doesn't work. I threw 10 hefty fire pots with no luck before I realized I could make hefty furnace pot.

For anyone wondering how to get down there, you first need to go to Shadow Keep go advancing until you reach the part with the vulgar militia. You can find a ladder that will take you near the water, follow it until you find another ladder going down. There will be an illusory wall, pass through and enter the coffin.
